Pizza on a bun! 1/3 lb burgers with the heart of a pizza. Happy grilling!
Make them your own by adding your favorite pizza toppings with the sauce: mushrooms, black olives, onions, etc. |
| Ingredients: |

2 lbs. |
|
ground beef |
| |
1 lb. |
|
bulk Italian sausage |
| |
1/4 (4 oz) pkg. |
|
pepperoni |
| |
2 |
|
eggs |
| |
1 tsp. |
|
garlic powder |
| |
2 tsp. |
|
Italian seasoning |
| |
1 tsp. |
|
seasoned salt |
| |
1/2 tsp. |
|
black pepper |
| |
8 slices |
|
provolone cheese |
| |
8 slices |
|
mozzarella cheese |
| |
1 jar |
|
spaghetti sauce |
| |
1 pkg. |
|
hamburger buns |
| Directions: |
| |
In a large mixing bowl, combine meats, eggs, and spices. Form into 1/3 lb. patties and grill 5-8 min. per side. These burgers need to be done well since there is pork sausage in them. Just before you remove the burgers from the grill, top with a slice each of provolone and mozzarella. Place cheeseburgers on bottom buns, top with tomato sauce, followed by top buns and enjoy.

|
lettuce mix |
| |
1/2 c. |
|
sun dried tomatoes |
| |

|
green bell pepper, diced |
| |
1/2 c. |
|
croutons |
| |
1/4 c. |
|
Italian dressing |
| Directions: |
| |
Toss together veggies, croutons & dressing.
