Ceasar Salad with Brisket

Romaine lettuce topped with Parmesan, croutons, tangy Ceasar dressing, and smoky beef brisket. |

beef brisket, sliced |
| |
6 c. |
|
romaine lettuce, chopped |
| |
1/4 c. |
|
Parmesan cheese, shredded |
| |
1 c. |
|
croutons |
| |
1/2 c. |
|
Parmesan dressing |
| Directions: |
| |
Use purchased or left-over brisket, cooled and sliced or pulled apart to set atop salad.
To make salad, toss lettuce with cheese, croutons and dressing. Divide among plates. Top with meat and serve.
