Greek Salad

If you close your eyes as you much on this leafy salad you might just hear the waves of the Mediterranean splashing against the rocks. |
Ingredients: |

1 bag |
|
leaf lettuce mix |
|
1 med. |
|
tomato, diced |
|
5 |
|
sun-dried tomatoes, sliced thinly |
|

|
pepperocinis |
|
1 jar |
|
olives, kalamata or black |
|
1 lg. |
|
cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced |
|
1 pkg. |
|
Feta cheese, crumbled |
|
1/2 |
|
red onion, sliced very thinly |
|

Greek salad dressing |
Directions: |
|
Rinse and drain lettuce, and place in a large salad bowl. Then arrange tomoates, pepperocinis, olives, cucumbers, onions, and Feta atop leaves. Toss with dressing to serve.
