Use leftover pot roast next day. Serve with leftover veggies or make it a casual sandwich with potato chips |

Brown gravy mix |

| Directions: |
| |
Make gravy, or warm leftover gravy, add left over roast beef and simmer until hot. Spoon beef and gravy over bread. Serve with leftover veggies or potato chips.
