Low Fat Tacos

			 2 Low fat wheat tortillas or small corn tortillas with 3 ounces of grilled chicken breast or ground chicken or turkey and any or all of the following condiments: fat free sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, 1 oz low fat shredded cheese, sliced jalapenos, and homemade salsa or low sodium store brand. |

			l/f wheat tortiallas |

			2 each | 
			  | 
			small tomatoes (diced) |

			1/2 cup | 
			  | 
			fat free sour cream |

			3 each | 
			  | 
			3oz chicken breasts |

			2 cups | 
			  | 
			shredded lettuce |

				Add grilled chicken breast pieces to each tortilla and top with ingredients of your choice from the following: fat free sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, 1 oz low fat shredded cheese, sliced jalapenos, and homemade salsa or low sodium store brand.
