Salmon w/ Creamy Mustard Sauce - 8 pts

Ingredients:
  4 6 oz   Salmon fillets
  1/2 cup   light sour cream
  1 1/2 tbsp   dijon mustard
  2 tsp   fresh dill
  1/4 tsp   pepper
  1 1/2 tsp   lemon juice
  1/2 tsp   salt
  1 clove   garlic
Directions:
  1. pre-heat broiler.
2. Place fish on broiler pan, coat with cooking spray & sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Broil for 8-10 minutes.
4. Combine sour cream and other ingredients.
5. Serve fish and spoon sauce over the top.
