Simple Sweet and Sour Meatballs

frozen stir-fry vegetables |
| |
1/4 cup |
|
apricot jam |
| |
1/4 cup |

Kraft Catalina dressing |
| |
2 Tbsp. |
|
soy sauce |
| |
1/2 tsp. |
|
ground ginger |
| |
1/2 tsp. |
|
garlic powder |
| |
4 cups |
|
cooked rice |
| Directions: |

Combine all ingredients in large skillet.
Cook on medium-high heat 10 min. or until meatballs and vegetables are heated through, stirring occasionally.
Serve over hot cooked rice or pasta, if desired.
