Tomato Pasta Soup

Ingredients:
  4 Tbs   vegetable oil
  2 cups   diced onion
  2 tsp   minced garlic
  2 tsp   dried oregano
  2 cup   diced green pepper
  2 cups   diced zucchini
  2 cans   diced tomatoes & juic
  2 cans   chicken broth
  2 cups   dry pasta - shells
    grated cheese
Directions:
  Heat oil in large saucepan over low heat. Add onion and cook until no loner crunchy (about 5-7 minutes) Stir in garlic, green pepper and zucchini. Stir in tomatoes, broth and pasta. Increase heat to high and bring mixture to boil. Cover pan, reduce heat to low and cook for 7 min or until pasta is tender. Serve topped with grated cheese.
