Baked Mostaccioli

  Cheesy baked mostaccioli, also known as penne.
  2 12oz box   mostaccioli noodles (penne)
  1 jar   spaghetti sauce
  1 8-12oz bag   shredded cheese
  1 8oz pkg   fresh mushrooms, diced
  1 lb.   ground beef, optional
  1 tsp.   Italian seasoning, optional
  Cook, drain, and rinse 2 12oz boxes of mostaccioli noodles. While they are cooking saute mushrooms in olive oil with italian seasonings (e.g. basil, oregano etc). In Pam sprayed 13x9 pan, combine noodles, mushrooms, shredded cheese, and sauce. Cover with tin foil an bake at 350 for about 20 mins. Can add sausage/meatballs as well if you wish.
