Cheesy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:
  1 lb   ground beef
  3 c   egg noodles
  8 oz   velvetta
  1 can   cream of celery
    pepper
Directions:
  cook beef and drain-add 2 cups water and boil. Stir in 3 c egg noodles. Simmer 8 minutes and add cheese, soup, pepper.
