Chicken Satay

Ingredients:
  2 Tbls   creamy peanut butter
  1/2 c   soy sauce
  1/2 c   lemon or lime juice
  1 Tbls   brown sugar
  2 Tbls   curry powder
  2 cloves   garlic, chopped
  1 tsp   hot pepper sauce
  6   bonelss/skinless chicken breasts, cubed
Directions:
  In mixing bowl, combine pb, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, curry powder, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Place chicken breast in marinade and refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is best). Preheat grill to high heat. Weave chicken onto skewers, then grill for 5 minutes per side.
