Chicken W/ Rosemary Sauce - 5 pts

Ingredients:
  4   boneless, skinless chicken breast
  1 tsp   olive oil
  1/4 tsp   salt
  1/8 tsp   pepper
  1/2 cup   dry white wine
  1 tsp   fresh minced rosemary
  1/2 cup   chicken broth
  1/2 cup   half and half
Directions:
  1. Flattten chicken with mallot and pan fry
2. add wine, rosemary, green onions, salt & pepper and cook for 30 seconds
3. Stir in broth and half and half cook for 2 minutes
