Corn Beef with French Fries

Simple quick and delicious Corned Beef with French Fries, usually served with white rice |
Ingredients: |

2 can |
|
Iberia Corned Beef 12 oz ea |
|
1 can |
|
Goya Tomato Sauce 8 oz ea |
|
1 ea |
|
Whole Kernel Corn 15 oz ea |
|
1 pk |
|
Badia Sazon Tropical |
|
1 oz |
|
Virgin Olive Oil |
|
2 ea |
|
Cilantro Leaf |
|
1/4 bag |
|
Frozen French Fries |
|
1 pc |
|
Fresh Garlic cut small |
|
1/2 cup |
|
Canola Oil for french fries |
Directions: |
|
Heat small frying pan and fry the french fries to golden crisp, when done place french fries on paper towels to soak up oil, set aside when done, heat medium frying pan and add olive oil, garlic, sazon tropical, cilantro and tomato sauce, simmer this first, then add the can corn with its water, this add a semi sweet taste, simmer this a bit, then add two cans of corned beef, cut this up a bit with a fork and cook medium low for 15-20 minutes, ocasionally mix with a fork, when done then add french fries and mix, turn off stove and make your rice, in the 20 minutes it take to make rice the corned beef will set and cool off, serve and enjoy.
