Crockpot Pot Roast

Ingredients:
  1 4 lb   Beef Roast
  5 ea   potatoes
  4 ea   carrots
  1 ea   onion
  1 can   cream soup
  1 pkg   dry onion soup mix
  2 cloves   garlic
  1 cup   water
  1 pkg   or 3 tbsp of brown gravy
Directions:
  Cut up vegetables. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Sprinkle pot roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Place veggies in crockpot. Place pot roast on top of veggies. Mix garlic, soups and water. Pour over pot roast.

Cook on high for 1st hour. Turn down and cook on low the rest of the time. Cook 10 to 12 hours.

Serve as is or serve with Rice Pilaf and rolls.
