Honey Mustard Glaze

Ingredients: |

packed brown sugar |
|
1/2 c. |
|
honey |
|
1/2 c. |
|
prepared fancy mustard |
|
1 tsp. |
|
ground ginger |
|
1/2 tsp. |
|
fresh cracked pepper |
Directions: |
|
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, honey, mustard, ginger, and pepper. Brush glaze over meat toward the end of cooking time and cook until glaze starts to brown.
