Ingredients: |

Ground Beef |

1 tsp |

Bisto Powder (or brown gravy powder) |

1 cube |

beef stock |

large onion, roughly chopped |

Directions: |
|
Peel the potatoes and chop into smaller pieces to boil. In one pan brown the ground beef whilst in the other boil the potatoes. When the beef is done add the tsp of Bisto premixed with COLD water, stirring the whole time. After that is added mix the stock with HOT water and add that. Do not add too much water, half of a coffee cup will do for each. Add the onions and let simmer until the onions are transparent and the gravy starts to thicken.
When the potatoes are done you can serve them as they are or mash them. Serve with carrots or peas and crusty bread.
