Mini Meat Loaves

Ingredients:
  3 Cups   cornflakes
  1 10 3/4 CAn   Condensed Tomato Soup, divided
  1   Onion
  1   Egg
  1 1 TBSp   Horseradish, Optional
  1 1/2 LBS   Ground Beef or Turkey
  2 TBSp   Brown Sugar
  1 Tsp   Prepared Mustard
Directions:
  1. Place cornflakes in large mixing bowl
2. Crush lightly with bottom of drinking glass
3. Thoroughly combine the cornflakes, half of the tomato soup, onion, Egg, and horseradish.
4. Mix in the Ground beef or turkey
5. Divide the meat mixture into six oval portions
6. Place on a rimmed foil lined baking sheet
7. Mix together remaining soup, brown sugar, and mustard
8. Spread evenly over the meat
9. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

NOTES:
Yield: 6 meat loaves
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Bake Time: 35 Minutes
