Directions: |

TAKE SEASONINGS TO TASTE AND MIX THEM IN THE BREAD CRUMBS. TAKE THE HALIBUT STEAKS AND WET THEM IN THE MILK. DIP THEM INTO THE FLOUR AND RE-DIP INTO THE MILK THEN INTO THE BREAD CRUMBS. PUT THE HALIBUT AND PLACE THEM ON A COOKIE SHEET OR SHALLOW BAKING DISH. WHEN ALL THE FISH IS COATED, MELT THE BUTTER AND POUR IT OVER THE TOP OF THE FISH. BAKE AT 425 UNTIL THE FISH IS FLAKY.
