Sweet and Sour Chicken

|
chicken breasts, boneless skinless |
|
2/3 c |
|
apricot jam |
|
8 oz |
|
french dressing |
|
1/2 envelope |
|
onion soup mix, dry |
|
1/8 t |
|
tabasco sauce |
Directions: |
|
CrockPot- Place chicken into bottom of Crock Pot. Mix remaining ingredients, then pour over chicken. Add 1 c. water, and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Oven- Preheat to 350°. Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients, then pour over chicken. Cook for 1 hour (uncovered).
(Use meat thermometer to test temperature of chicken. It should measure 170°F)
Serve over rice, if desired.
