Chops sauted in extra virgin olive oil. |

Venison Chops |
|
2 Tbsp |
|
Your choice of seasoning |
|
3 Tbsp |
|
Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
Directions: |
|
Grab an extra large pan and pour the oil in the pan. Rinse and drain the venison chops and place then into the pan. Season to your taste.
Place cover on pan and cook on Medium heat for 15 Minutes with out opening the pan!
Serve right away.
