quick chicken and corn chowder

Ingredients:
  2 TBL   butter
  1/4 C   chopped onion
  1/4 C   chopped celery
  1   jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  2 TBL   all-purpose flour
  3 C   milk
  2 C   chopped chicken
  1 1/2 C   corn
  1/8 tsp   salt
  1 14 3/4 oz   can cream style corn
Directions:
  Melt the butter in iron skillet over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and jalepeno; cool for three minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Add flour, cook one minute, stirring constantly. Stir in milk and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cook until thick (about five minutes).
